• Allergen Detection — Automatic identification of common allergens
• Personalized Warnings — Custom alerts based on your dietary preferences
• AI Assistant — Conversational interface for nutrition questions

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information — Supply truthful information during registration
• Maintain account security — Keep your password confidential
• One account per person — Create only one account for personal use
• Accept responsibility — You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

6. Health Disclaimer

• Product scores do not constitute medical advice
• Always consult healthcare professionals for health decisions
• Our Service is not a substitute for reading product labels
• We cannot guarantee all information is complete or error-free
• If you have allergies, verify ingredients directly with manufacturers

7. Third-Party Content

The Service may include content from third-party sources including OpenFoodFacts, USDA, and scientific publications. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party content.

8. Subscription & Payments

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.

Subscription Plans

• Monthly — $9.99/month, billed monthly
• Annual — $99/year (save 17%)

Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your account settings. You retain access until the end of your billing period.

Refunds

Contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Renewal refunds are case-by-case.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Cherry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

Your Right: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Our Right: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, harmful conduct, non-payment, or at our sole discretion.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Informal Resolution: Contact us first at support@scorecherry.com to attempt resolution within 30 days.

Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Class actions are waived.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
