How does Cherry scoring work?▼
Cherry evaluates products using structured ingredient and nutrition data, then applies a consistent health and safety model. Scores reflect evidence from public databases and peer-reviewed research—not payments from brands.
Can brands pay to improve their scores?▼
No. Brands cannot pay to change scores. Cherry is built so commercial relationships cannot influence how a product is rated.
How accurate are the scores?▼
Scores depend on the quality and completeness of product data we receive (labels, retailer listings, and databases). When information is missing or uncertain, we reflect that in the score or explanation where possible. Cherry is informational and not a substitute for medical advice.
What about allergies and dietary restrictions?▼
You can save allergies, dietary preferences, and flagged ingredients in your profile. Cherry highlights potential matches when you view a product. Always read official packaging and consult a clinician for severe allergies.
How do refunds work?▼
Refund eligibility depends on where you subscribed (web vs app stores) and the policies in place at checkout. Check your receipt or subscription platform, or email support@scorecherry.com with your account email.
How do I cancel my subscription?▼
If you subscribed on the web, use the billing portal linked from your account or confirmation email. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in your device subscription settings—we cannot cancel store billing on your behalf.
What data do you collect?▼
We collect account information, product scans and scores you save, optional health personalization you choose to provide, and technical data needed to run the service. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Do you sell my personal information?▼
We do not sell your personal information. If you are in California, read our CCPA/CPRA notice (same topic as “Do Not Sell”) for how to exercise your rights and contact us.
Where does Cherry work?▼
Cherry is available on the web dashboard, mobile apps where released, and supported retailer sites via the browser extension. Coverage can vary by retailer and region.
